The SERVPRO professionals were just that, very professional, thorough, and considerate. Their work was of quality in nature. They kept me informed of the process, procedures, and any info that was relevant to the cleanup and repairs. Should I have another incident I would most certainly contact SERVPRO again.

Shann came out the same day that Daniel came out to see our emergency created by water damage. He quickly got to work diagnosing the problem and giving assurance that they can take care of it like it never happened. He found the issue, contained the area, cleaned up and was communicating along the way so we knew what was happening. I appreciate his cool and collected way of working, and keeping us informed along the way.

When I first called them in a water damage emergency, a person answered the line, after hours. She was calm and collected, while I was struggling to know what to do next, she understood and started getting her team in motion. She immediately got in touch with Daniel and he connected with my insurance and sent out Shann the same day. When you don’t know what to do, it is great working with a business with calm, knowledgeable people who know what to do to quickly solve the problem and bring ease to a difficult situation. My shower leaked and destroyed my tile floor. When SERVPRO of South Shasta Co. came out they pulled the shower and some sheet rock and I was horrified to see the amount of mold that was behind it. SERVPRO people removed the mold, replaced my shower and tile floor, and drywall. I was impressed, they kept a clean job site.

We had a major water emergency at 6 o'clock on a Friday evening. The entire ceiling of our living room crashed down along with A LOT of water. A family friend recommended I call SERVPRO of South Shasta. I was surprised that even answered the phone at 6pm on a Friday, let alone as how quick they showed up at our house.
