To start you will want to make sure all your doors and windows remain closed and that any large openings are properly sealed.  If you plan to leave your doors and windows open then installing screens will go a long way.  For any cracks or holes that you may find they can easily be sealed using a spray foam sealant.  Be sure to do a thorough inspection and check along all your seams and corners.  The best way to keep your RV pest free will be to keep it as clean as possible.
